Design Array - Inputs
This is the address where the results will be sent once the analysis is finished. We will not use this address for any other purpose.
Optionally, the user may enter a job title to assist with their data tracking purposes. The job title will be included in the subject of the results email.
Sets constraints on the designed probes by limiting their lengths and the maximum number of permutations per target site.
Constrains the formamide melt point (%, vol/vol at 42°C) of designed probes. The minimum formamide should be set 5% above the formamide concentration used in the hybridization buffer.
Controls the number of probes designed for each target group (up to 99 are allowed). If multiple sequences have the same identifier then a set of consensus sequences is formed for each group using ambiguity to represent all of the sequences up to the specified percent coverage.
